2.3 We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to limit quantities of any product we offer.

2.4 Product availability is not guaranteed until your order has been confirmed.

3. Orders and Cash on Delivery (COD)

3.1 Zarmal Store primarily operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Payment is to be made in cash to the courier rider at the time of delivery.

3.2 Orders may be confirmed via a phone call or SMS/WhatsApp message before dispatch. Please ensure the contact number provided at checkout is correct and reachable.

3.3 We reserve the right to cancel any order that we are unable to confirm, or that we suspect to be fraudulent, duplicate, or placed in error.

3.4 Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders upon delivery without valid reason may be blacklisted from placing future orders on this website.

4. Shipping and Delivery
